| Mike Beale, has been involved with sales and marketing for over 30 years

| and has worked for recruitment companies in various capacities including
|
| senior level appointments. Mike has also provided consultancy services
|
| covering such areas as collateral development, web design and
|
| development, PR and proposal and bid writing.

| Mike has most recently been involved with providing support to Sales teams
|
| through training, mentoring, presentation techniques and the implementation
|
| of sales strategies. Project work has included working on major bids
|
| including bid qualification, bid planning and team management and bid
|
| presentation and submission.
